The TPU parts as their own print job
The sliced downloads now have the belt and the drive gears as a separate job, sliced for TPU, and they say how many of each plate to print.
RELEASE NOTES
What changed in Mechams hardware and software, newest first.
Current purchase choices are I just want to print it (€40) for print-quality STL files for one selected printer and the generator, and I want the project (€75) for both supported printers, editable STEP sources, the generator and Discord. Earlier entries below describe the packages sold at those times; existing licences keep their purchased rights.
The sliced downloads now have the belt and the drive gears as a separate job, sliced for TPU, and they say how many of each plate to print.
Every package now covers the A1 and the A1 mini, and the packages differ in the files you get. If you bought before 26 September 2026, your licence keeps what you bought, and you don't need to do anything.
The V2.1 files replace the 14 September pack, and the A1 mini gets a sliced print job for the first time.
The week of work behind the launch: what comes in the zip, how each copy is marked, and how to withdraw online.
The V2 models are final. This is the launch release, with the files, the G-code generator and the licences for the A1 and the A1 mini.
The first release, sold as MechAMS by Sipers Mechatronics. Everyone who bought it is a Founder.
