The V2 models are final. This is the launch release, with the files, the G-code generator and the licences for the A1 and the A1 mini.
- A redesigned funnel and hub make routing filament and maintenance easier.
- Eight tubes for eight slots, with nothing joined or split on the way.
- Easier to install: the sensor and the ribbon cable moved, so the cable is less likely to break.
- The AMS Lite hub is replaced completely, and PTFE tubes come out more easily than from the stock hub.
- Parts are easier to check and maintain.
- The docking slots are designed to be customised and take under 5 mm of Z space. V2 has eight slots, each fed on its own; more than eight is not part of this release.
- V2 has no runout sensor. The runout update comes as a free V2 update for every licence, Standard included.
