DIGITAL GOODS
Refund Policy
Mechams is delivered as digital files and access to the online G-code generator. Here is how withdrawal and refunds work.
1. Withdraw within 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Use the online withdrawal function, the model form or an e-mail to support@eyeball.engineering. We confirm receipt by e-mail and refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
2. After your first download
Before your first download or generator run, we ask you to request immediate delivery and to confirm that you then lose the right of withdrawal for the files delivered. We confirm that by e-mail. Until you do, the 14 days apply in full.
3. Files that do not work
If a file or the generator does not work as described, your legal rights stay: we put it right, and where the law provides for it you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. E-mail support@eyeball.engineering with your order reference.
Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
