- The A1 and A1 mini model collections now have separate docking transfer gear and axle parts, in both the individual STL files and the plain model 3MF. The collections retain the existing V2.2 double-D toolhead parts; this is not a new toolhead redesign.
- Your account offers model files and prepared print projects as separate, versioned downloads. A newer model collection does not change the geometry already embedded in a prepared project. Existing licences keep their rights, and the original combined V2.2 downloads remain available where covered.
- The prepared A1 and A1 mini print projects remain V2.2 and still contain the joined docking gear and axle. The original combined V2.2 packs also keep their original model files. Use the separate V2.2.1 model download for the corrected docking parts.
- Instructions and A1 mini top bar models remain V2.2. The separate legacy STEP download remains V2.1.1 under its existing licence rights. This update does not add a printer port or a new STEP release.
- The A1 mini generator keeps the 110 mm main loading travel and adds 5 mm of extra loading, bringing the extra feed to 15 mm. Purge is 30 mm. The cutter stroke and return now raise Z together, and purge overlaps the descent at the chute.
- Fresh generator settings use moderate travel defaults of 9,000 mm/min for travel and 1,200 mm/min for Z. Existing saved custom settings stay yours. Generated G-code remains an output of the generator, separate from the model and prepared-project downloads.
- Station placement can be adjusted for your build within the selected printer’s coordinate limits. A1 and A1 mini positioning remain separate; there is no universal station offset for both printers.
- The generator’s lower travel-speed defaults are based on the mechams 2.4 profile. Updating the generator does not replace a profile already saved in your slicer.
