1. Who You Buy From

2. Product & Prices

Mechams V2 is a set of digital files with documentation, plus access to the online G-code generator. The print package includes print-quality STL files for one printer selected at checkout. The project package covers both supported printers and adds editable STEP sources and Discord. Section 4 sets out what each licence covers, including licences bought before 26 September 2026.

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. You check out and pay through Stripe Checkout.

This is a self-build system: no assembled kit is shipped. You supply the filament, PTFE tubes and bought MR115ZZ bearings. Installation involves opening the stock toolhead and filing the front filament-indicator interface on the extruder gear shaft so the printed coupling seats. Nothing is ground, and extrusion is unaffected. The installation guide explains the build.

3. Withdrawal, Delivery & Conformity

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the day you buy), without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the online withdrawal function (“Withdraw from contract here”), the model withdrawal form, or an e-mail to support@eyeball.engineering. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the period ends. We acknowledge receipt by e-mail, with the content, date and time of your statement. Where the withdrawal applies, we reimburse all payments within 14 days by the means of payment you used.

Mechams V2 is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Withdrawal and conformity are separate matters. We assess each one on its own, using the order, our delivery records, the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

• Immediate delivery: Before your first download or generator run, we ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the digital content. We confirm that consent to you by e-mail. Until you give it, your 14-day right is unaffected. After valid consent and delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the digital content delivered.
• Conformity: Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory remedies if the files or the generator do not conform to the contract. You can ask us to bring them into conformity and, where the law provides for it, ask for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Report a non-conforming file to support@eyeball.engineering with the order details. We review that separately from any withdrawal request.
• Refunds or other remedies: If you ask for a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy, we assess your request against the order, the delivery records, the purchase terms and applicable law.

4. Your Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Mechams files and the G-code generator for 3D printers you own:

• I just want to print it (€40): Print-quality STL files for the one supported printer selected at checkout, A1 or A1 mini, and the G-code generator. No editable STEP sources or Discord.
• I want the project (€75): Print-quality STL files for both supported printers, editable STEP sources, the G-code generator and Discord.
• Installation: A1 mini mounting remains on hold pending qualification.

Earlier Standard, Complete and Pro licences

Licences bought under earlier package terms keep the printer coverage, files and community access they were sold with.

• One licence per person: Every package covers both printer models, that is every Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini printer owned by the licensee.
• Standard: The sliced V2 print jobs for the A1 and the A1 mini, plus the A1 mini top bar, the print profile and the G-code generator. A Standard licence does not include the model files, the editable STEP sources, Discord or the Workshop. The original V2 Mini bar remains withheld from the main pack; r04c STL models are available separately to buyers with model-file rights. Mini installation remains on hold pending mounting qualification.
• Complete: Everything in Standard, plus the model files (the editable Bambu Studio project with every printed part), the private Workshop and the Discord Member role. A Complete licence does not include the editable STEP sources.
• Pro: Everything in Complete. Pro licensees also receive the editable STEP sources, early access, betas and the Pro channel on Discord.
• Updates: Every package receives every V2 update for as long as V2 is maintained. The promised V2 runout fix is one of them.
• Workshop collaboration: In the private Workshop and the official community channels, Complete and Pro licensees may modify parts and share remixes, adaptations and G-code routines with other verified licence holders.
• No redistribution: You may not sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the files, modified versions or generator output outside the official buyer-only spaces. You may not re-upload them publicly to model repositories, file-sharing sites or forums.

Licences bought before 26 September 2026

The Standard, Complete and Pro terms listed above applied to licences bought from 26 September 2026. A licence bought before that date keeps the rights it was sold with, in full. In particular:

• Standard: A Standard licence covers the one printer model chosen at checkout (A1 or A1 mini), with the sliced V2 print job and the G-code generator for that printer. It receives every V2 update for as long as V2 is maintained, including the promised V2 runout fix.
• Complete and Pro: A Complete or Pro licence covers both printer models, that is every Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini printer owned by the licensee. It includes the editable project, the editable STEP sources, the private Workshop and the Discord Member role, and it receives every V2 update for as long as V2 is maintained.
