Right of Withdrawal

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the day you buy).

To exercise the right, inform Sipers Mechatronics (brand Eyeball Engineering) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can use the online withdrawal function below, the model withdrawal form further down, an e-mail to support@eyeball.engineering or a letter to Wycker Smedenstraat 1 D01, 6221 ER Maastricht, Netherlands. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You bear no fees for the reimbursement.

2. Digital Content and Immediate Delivery

Mechams V2 is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Before your first download or generator run, the account app asks you to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for that digital content. We confirm that consent to you by e-mail. Until you have given that consent, your 14-day right is unaffected. After valid consent and delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the digital content that was delivered.

Your rights if the content is not as sold are separate, and they remain in place. If the files or the generator do not conform to the contract, you can ask us to bring them into conformity and, where the law provides for it, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Report a non-conforming file to support@eyeball.engineering with your order reference. We review conformity requests independently from withdrawal.

Fill in the form below and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail straight away, with the content of your statement and the date and time you sent it. The acknowledgement confirms that we received your statement. After that, we check your purchase and the terms of sale to see whether the withdrawal applies, including for digital content already delivered with your consent.

Using this form is not obligatory. The online function above, or any other unequivocal statement, has the same effect. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
